This a vintage Sheaffer Targa fountain pen, made of brass with matte black finish. The cap still has the sticker and the pen appears to be new, with no signs of use or wear. The vintage aerometric style converter is included. It also uses cartridges, which are readily available, and I've included two to get you started. The 14k gold nib is a FINE. The Sheaffer booklet is included. The Sheaffer box is in nice shape. This is a nice pen and the legendary inlaid Sheaffer gold nib is one of the smoothest you'll ever use.
