The wood-grained part is clean. There is a crack of about 4mm at the part where the nib fits into the neck (the center V-shaped part).

The cap is a little hard to open and close. This is a characteristic of 220. Please do not close the cap completely. There is a chip of less than 1mm on the top of the gold ring. Please refer to the pictures for details.
