NICE VINTAGE c1927 SHEAFFER FLAT TOP OVERSIZE SENIOR BLACK BCHR FOUNTAIN PEN 14K

Fine Vintage c1927 Sheaffer Lifetime Flat Top Senior Black Chased Hard Rubber Fountain Pen. Please see included images and below for details / condition. Glossy black cap and barrel, gold filled clip, cap band and lever filler.

Barrel is imprinted, lever self filling ink system, big 14K Fine point firm. Nib, measures 5 3/8 (136mm) capped. Overall very good cosmetic condition as shown, there appears to be no plate loss or plate.

Some slight discoloring along the barrel and with a softer chasing. A notable crack present along the cap opening. Pen is in excellent working order, fully restored, fitted with a new ink sac and a very smooth writer.
