This is a restored antique 1920's Parker Flat Top fountain pen, with bandless cap, in smooth celluloid and with a #2 Flexible Lucky Curve nib, in excellent good condition, ready to write and with an excellent nib. Please see the photos and read the full description. The pen has been fully serviced. It was disassembled, the nib and feed were ultrasonically cleaned.
And a new sac was fitted. The pen was lightly polished, after covering the imprints and any metal part. After assembling, the pen was inspected, tested and the nib was adjusted. It writes nicely, with good flow and should be ready to write for many years. Nib: Gold 14 K flexible #2 Lucky Curve nib. It writes a smooth, slightly wet, fine line (maybe tending to extra-fine) and it is capable of good line variation (please, see the writing sample in the last photo; the squares are 5mm X 5mm). Size: 4 7/16 in (11.3 cm). Filling system: button filler with a new sac. Body and Cap: The celluloid is very cleand and there are NO cracks, gouges or deep scratches. There are micro-scratches and light scratches compatible with use and the age. Trim : the clip is very clean and there is NO brassing that I can see.
Imprint: the barrel imprint good and fully legible. Feel free to ask any questions.
The Visconti pen stand is NOT included. Please, see the other items I have for sale.
